The fastest way to use msgok with your real address — no DNS changes at all. You forward incoming mail to msgok, and msgok sends replies through your existing mail server. Works with Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or any provider.
1. Add the connection in msgok. On your dashboard, open your workspace and choose Connect a mailbox. Enter the address you want to manage (e.g. support@acme.com) and your provider's SMTP details:
smtp.gmail.com (Gmail/Workspace), smtp.office365.com (Microsoft 365), or your host's server.587 (recommended) or 465.2. Set up forwarding. msgok gives you a private forwarding address (like fwd_ab12…@getinboxchat.com). In your email provider's settings, add a rule that forwards incoming mail to that address. That's the only step on your side.
Done. New mail shows up in your msgok workspace, and every reply is sent from support@acme.com through your own server — so it looks and lands exactly like your normal email.
